Word to the wise: Walmart+ - Prime's biggest rival - is still just $12.95 per month ($98 per year). But $14.99 per month or $139 per year is harder to justify, leaving many folks wanting to end their membership altogether.
It really comes as no shock when you consider the company has bumped its yearly cost by $20 every four years since 2014. In case you missed it, Amazon is raising its Prime membership prices (yes, in this economy).
